1. Membership and Fees

By signing up for our membership, you agree to pay a one-time setup fee, followed by a monthly subscription fee. The membership grants you access to our florist website design services and ongoing support.

2. Cancellations

You may cancel your membership at any time through your dashboard. Upon cancellation, you will no longer be billed for future months. However, your florist website will be taken offline, and any associated services will be discontinued.

3. Refund Policy

Once your florist website is delivered and live, we are unable to provide refunds for the setup fee or any subscription fees already paid. You can still cancel your membership at any time to avoid future charges.

4. Service Delivery

We aim to deliver your florist website within 3-4 weeks from the completion of your onboarding. Any delays will be communicated to you promptly. Your website will be designed based on the details you provide during onboarding, and any changes after delivery could possibly incur additional fees if deemed by us to excessive or extreme deviations from the original plan.

5. Use of Services

You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws. WebsitesforFlorists reserves the right to terminate your access to our services if any misuse or violation of these terms is detected.

6. Modifications

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Any changes will be communicated to you via email or on our platform. Your continued use of our services after any changes means you agree to the updated terms.
