1The brief
Danny was selling lovely flowers, but almost every order was a one-off. Someone would buy once for a birthday, then disappear for a year. He wanted two things the old setup could not give him: steady, repeatable income instead of scattered single buys, and a way to turn last-minute browsers into buyers before they wandered off. The idea was a proper club, join, get fresh stems regularly, with same-day delivery for the panic gifts.
2What we built
We built Flower Club as a bold, sales-led shop in strong red and black. A running 'Order by 2pm for same day delivery' banner sits at the very top of every page, and the hero leads with fresh-stem, save-this-week messaging so the urgency hits straight away. Shoppers land on two clear buttons, Shop All Flowers and Shop The Flower Market, with letterbox flowers and full bouquets both a tap away, plus a members feel that nudges one-off buyers towards joining the club.
3The result
Now the site does the selling that Danny used to do by hand. The same-day cut-off gives people a real reason to order today rather than think about it, and the club side means customers come back on a rhythm instead of vanishing after one bunch. Repeat orders tick over in the background, last-minute gift buyers convert instead of clicking away, and the shop finally reads like the fast, modern flower club Danny always pictured.
“I wanted people coming back, not buying once and vanishing. The club and the 2pm cut-off did exactly that, orders just tick over now without me chasing anyone.”
