Hare's Garden

One proper shop that sells while Hannah works.

1The brief

Hannah runs Hare's Garden, a busy London florist juggling events, weddings and workshops on top of the day-to-day flowers. Every order came in by phone or message, which meant she was the shop, taking each request by hand and chasing regulars herself. She wanted one proper site that could sell on its own and bring people back without her doing all the running.

2What we built

We built the full shop around her lovely hare mascot and soft pink brand, with lush editorial flower photography front and centre. The homepage leads with 'The Best Florist in London, Premium Flowers for Every Occasion' and pushes straight to same-day delivery. There is a real cart and checkout across a full range of bouquets, weekly subscriptions for regulars, and a clear nav that keeps Hare's Shop, Events, Weddings, Workshops and the blog all in one tidy place. Top products are badged so the good stuff gets seen, and it works just as nicely on a phone.

3The result

Now the shop does the selling for her. Orders come in online instead of down the phone, subscriptions bring the same faces back week after week, and the events and weddings pages catch enquiries she used to miss while she was arranging flowers. Hannah gets to be a florist again rather than a switchboard.

I used to be the shop, taking every order by phone. Now the site sells while I arrange the flowers, and my regulars just come back on their own.
