Puuurrrfect Flowers

1The brief

Robin's shop had a personality you could feel the moment you walked in: three resident cats patrolling the buckets, a soft pastel palette, and a loyal local following who came as much for the chaos as the flowers. Her old website hid every bit of it. It was plain, tidy and a little cold, and it made a shop full of cats and colour look like everywhere else.

2What we built

We rebuilt the site around the thing that makes the place special. Cream, pink and lilac throughout, chunky rounded type that feels friendly rather than fussy, and a kawaii cat logo up top. We drew custom cat artwork for the whole site, including one cheeky cat who peeks over the navbar with its tail dangling below the bar. The hero leads with 'Flowers so fresh, the cats can't leave them alone', and the copy tells it straight: hand-tied pastel bouquets, sniffed for quality by the three cats who run the place.

3The result

Now the website feels like the actual shop. Visitors get the playfulness and the pastel bouquets in the same breath, the cats are front and centre where they belong, and even the delivery banner ('Free local delivery over £40, the cats insist') stays in character. Robin finally has a site that sounds like her, and the regulars recognise it instantly.
